The idea for Flip100.com was started when my flip was stuck in the market and could not be sold. I think that from what I have experienced and from the lessons I have learned I may be able to help someone who is in need of advice. I’ve been working in real estate for a few years and I’ve been to numerous seminars and conferences. I understand there are many people who are trying to get a share from this trend, predominantly brought up by various TV shows that hype up the emotional challenge on making easy money by flipping real estate. Many have quit their jobs and joined the flipping force, but things may not turn out to be what they dream of.

I do truly believe there is money to be earned from flipping in real estate, but it’s definitely not a quick and easy one. As it says if you build it, it will come. For whatever things you are getting into to try to earn some money, do your due diligence first.
